Unless the event is cancelled no refunds will be given (unless required by law, including the Australian Consumer Law). Your ticket is non transferrable and non exchangeable. You can request the tickets for an alternative date, subject to availability, provided that the request is received no less than 72 hours notice prior to the date of your ticket or the alternative date, whichever is earlier.
